Amalfi Coast Turism & Services

| Walk of God

The experience begins in the mountain hamlet of Bomerano, where the trail opens onto the upper edge of the coastline and immediately sets its rhythm.

The path develops along the spine of the Lattari Mountains, gradually descending through rocky passages, Mediterranean vegetation, oak woods, and ancient stone terraces. Reaching the area of Colle Serra, the trail offers some of its widest views, with the coastline stretching below and Capri clearly visible on the horizon. From here, the walk continues along a more scenic section, where the landscape alternates between open panoramas and narrower paths carved into the rock. As the route progresses, the village of Nocelle appears below, marking a natural transition point along the trail.

The experience can continue toward Montepertuso, where the landscape becomes more intimate and shaped by rural life. Throughout the walk, the sense of altitude, silence, and scale defines the experience, revealing the Amalfi Coast from above as a balance of nature, history, and human presence.
